關於熱海Tensui傳統日式旅館
簡介
Open from April 2016, Atami Tensui boasts an open-air hot spring bath. It features rooms decorated in bright tones with modern furnishing. Complimentary welcome beverages and light snacks are served at the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is available in public areas.
Creative cuisine including dishes like fresh sashimi, roasted beef and seasonal Japanese delicacies are served for dinner. A wide range of alcohol beverages are also on offer at the on-site restaurant.
Rooms at Tensui Atami are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a coffee maker. Some rooms have a seating area and a private open-air hot tub.
Enjoy a game of billiards or try out the gambanyoku hot stone spa. Guests can also make use of the free luggage storage service.

馬賽克反而激起人強烈好奇心啊！昨(14)日下午，有人在批踢踢表特板上PO出了「台灣高鐵正妹」的多張美照，吸引許多鄉民朝聖，紛紛驚呼：「正到翻」、「比空姐還正啊！」不過有人馬上敲碗表示「旁邊的馬賽克妹感覺也是正妹？」、「求右邊被馬掉的妹子！」

也許有人在搭高鐵時，曾經遇過這位「高鐵正妹」。有人就在批踢踢表特板上PO出了她的多張美照分享；只見她長相十分清秀，臉上一雙水汪汪大眼，笑容十分甜美可人，讓許多鄉民看了直呼「瞬間戀愛了！」
不過顯然有人光看「高鐵正妹」還不夠，紛紛留言詢問道，「旁邊被馬賽克的那位，感覺也是正妹？」、「神馬賽克啊！」、「求右邊被馬掉的妹子！」
中央銀行 21 日召開今（2017）年第 3 季理監事會議，決議維持利率不變，這也是央行連續 5 季維持利率不動。央行總裁彭淮南在會後記者會強調，台灣的貨幣政策主要是考量通膨壓力及展望，還有產出缺口，目前貨幣政策仍是適度寬鬆，而央行預估，台灣今年全年經濟成長率 2.15%，明年 2.2%，仍不及南韓及新加坡，主要是潛在產出成長率較低。
至於央行預估，今年台灣消費者物價指數（CPI）為 0.8% ，明年1.12%，這是否意味央行明年底前都不會升息？彭淮南強調，要看數據和展望才能決定。
央行表示，利率不變主要考量國際經濟前景仍存在不確定性，恐影響外需表現，再加上國內需求和緩，再加上實質利率已經呈現正數，因此央行理事會認為，維持利率政策不變，有助於經濟復甦和維護金融穩定。
彭淮南也解釋，貨幣政策主要是考量通膨壓力和展望，還有產出缺口，由於央行預估今年消費者物價指數年增率只有 0.8%，明年也只有 1.12%，CPI 增幅都不大，這是否意味明年底前都不會升息？對此，彭淮南表示，還是得視明年的數據及展望。
至於產出缺口也是央行考量是否升息的因素之一。央行指出，台灣在 2015、2016 年經濟成長率 僅 0.7%、1.5%，預期今、明兩年將回升至 2% 以上，央行估今年經濟成長率可達 2.15%，明年則 2.2%，但仍不及全球、南韓及新加坡，主要是潛在產出成長率較低，加上台灣民間投資與政府支出對經濟成長貢獻相對有限。
彭淮南分析，台灣今、明兩年潛在產出成長率明顯低於南韓和新加坡，主要是國內投資長期不振，投資率較低，投資占 GDP 比重平均 21%，低於南韓及新加坡，勞參率也相對較低，勞動投入成長較緩。
至於民間投資成長力受限，彭淮南提到，主要是長期受不確定因素影響，進而影響國內投資意願，例如五缺問題，即缺水、缺電、缺工、缺地及缺人才，尤其限電危機、環評問題等，阻礙國內投資與外人來台投資。另外，美國倡導「美國優先」，鼓勵企業赴美投資，部分大型企業將赴海外投資，加上中國大陸促進外資新政策，對台灣磁吸效應可能擴大，台灣都必須加快因應。
此外，彭淮南也提到，台灣在全球區域經濟整合進度落後，2016 年台灣簽署 FTA 覆蓋率不及 10%，遠低於南韓及新加坡，不利台灣出口成長及市場分散，而台灣 FTA 覆蓋率低的原因，他坦言，很大部分是政治因素。
